Nightswimming Deserves A Quiet Night

Freakin' jetlag.

It's 4am, i've been awake for an hour and a half.

This makes me angry.

Well I was rudely awoken at 1.35am by Lizzie and could not go back to sleep so I got up to watch the end of the cricket and eventually went back to bed but it still took another 15 minutes or so to return to glorious slumber which again was rudely interupted at 6.35am by the alarm.

Don't get angry, serves no purpose and only gives you high blood pressure.

Motherly Advice

Sam, its now 3:33am and i'm wondering why I am still up but had to check if you wrote something. Having a computer next to your bed can be somewhat a hazzard if you wish to enjoy a strong and deep slumber. Judy once again has pulled out some good advice "don't get angry" I have experienced a miriard of emotions the past 2 dasys of which I was angry for about 30mins it didn't help anything. Well i'm off to bed. Have a good one! "Say Hi to your mum for me" as Rove would say ...and Peter the hi part not the whole sentence as the structure may imply. Good Night
